Toyota is set to launch an updated version of its Tundra pick-up truck in 2020, this time with a hybrid powertrain. According to a new report from Car Buzz, the Tundra hybrid will feature a 3.5L turbo V6 engine in combination with an electric motor and lithium-ion battery. The system is rumored to be capable of 450 horsepower and 500lb-ft of torque. Though the horsepower and torque numbers are unconfirmed, it is verified that the Tundra will have air suspension and a 10-speed automatic transmission. Read more.
