Volvo to adopt 48-volt mild hybrid powertrain for select 2022 models
Volvo will be bringing its 48-volt mild-hybrid powertrains, the B5 and B6, to the U.S. 2022 S60, S90, XC60, and V90. The hybrid powertrain will result in increased fuel efficiency but decreased horsepower.
