Study: U.S. drivers still searching for better mileage

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) released a new survey on Tuesday, and found that Americans are not satisfied with the fuel economy of their cars. In fact, of ten different questions relating to their automobiles, Americans ranked fuel economy as the attribute they were least satisfied with. ASCI releases a similar survey each year, after polling a quarter of a million buyers. This year’s results show that Americans are even more dissatisfied with fuel economy this year than they were at this point last year. Read more.
