Mercedes is launching the next generation of its GLE line, and the vehicle will come standard as a mild hybrid. Mercedes will also offer a plug-in hybrid version of the small SUV. The mild hybrid system utilizes a forty-eight volt electrical system, slated to improve “ride quality.”
The upgrade vehicle contains a fully redesigned interior, in combination with a number of technological advancements, including E-Active Body Control, throughout the car. At least one trim-level of the vehicle will employ a 3L turbo six cylinder engine capable of producing 362hp.
