Porsche is set to debut its updated Macan model at the Paris Auto Show. The model, the first major remodel in four years, has received significant feature upgrades in a bid to compete with Jaguar’s F-Pace. Along with new features, Porsche has updated the vehicle’s turbocharged engines with more advanced versions. Though the initial reveal is not expected to include an electrified version, there is a hybrid Macan in the works. The hybrid is expected to employ the same drivetrain as the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, according to Car News. If that is the case, the Macan hybrid will include a turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine alongside an electric motor pushing the system output to 456hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. Read more.
