Hybrid pick-ups hit the market in California

XL Hybrids will introduce a hybrid F-250, in addition to both a hybrid and hybrid plug-in F-150, in Indianapolis next week. XL Hybrids was the first modifier to attain certification in Ford’s Electrification Qualified Vehicle Modifier (eQVM) program. XL’s hybrid advantage allows its modified vehicles to attain up to a 25% increase in mpg. For pick-up trucks, this mpg increase goes hand in hand with a corresponding reduction in CO2 emissions. XL Hybrid is licensed to modify and sell these vehicles in California, and has been licensed since 2017. Read more.
