Green Car Congress reports that the 2018 Hyundai Ioniq plug-in hybrid will arrive at dealerships with a starting price of $24,950. That is $5,000 less than the full battery-electric version of the Ioniq.
The 2018 Ioniq plug-in hybrid is powered by a 8.9 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery and has an all-electric range of more than 29 miles.
The Ioniq line-up is similar to Honda’s Clarity, with three electrified versions based on a single, dedicated vehicle platform.
